BAROQUE

Top: Mango / Skirt: Zara TRF / Heels: Mango / Lipstick: MAC Lady Danger

Photos by Donna de Belen

These are my two favorites in my wardrobe right now. The white baroque top that makes me feel clean and "mabango". And the black flair skirt that makes me feel girly and sexy. Since they are my faves, I wore them on a special day which is Christmas.
I spent time with my whole family at the de Belen's side. Ate a lot of food, as you can see my tummy was so big in the photos, we took it right after eating lunch. I can't help myself, the kare-kare and hamonada prepared by my lola is so delicious. I hope you guys also had a wonderful and merry Christmas just like mine. There's a lot of things we should be thankful.

By the way, I got the top just recently on SALE. I'm in long hunt for this kind of top. I don't know why, but I can say that it's really beautiful and very classy. Plus it's white, so you can pair it with everything.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE! <3

LADY DANGER

One last shot for 2012. Last year I had the same count of posts from this year. I did't know how does that happened but of course I didn't do it in purpose, if I just have the chance to make it double, I will. I believe in quality over quantity when it comes to my blogging.

For me, this year wasn't that good compared to my past years. I have so many ups and downs, it was like a roller coaster ride (literally) but it wasn't the end of the world right and life must go on. I have learned so much things with my mistakes even if I repeated some of it twice or thrice. I'm really thankful to God, my lovely family, my true friends (you know who you are), who are always there for me, who never gave up on me. And of course to you my readers who always put some smile on my face whenever my blog level up on top blogs, who left some comments, and hype me on lookbook.

So I'm really looking forward for 2013. I wore this polka dot pants and MAC Lady Danger for my lips for some luck this new year. And I will jump and jump and jump (yes, in heels) when the clock strikes 12:00 midnight. I still want to grow taller at my age, please add 2 inches to my 5 feet 4 inches height please?

I want to greet my sister/ best friend/ baby/ partner in crime/ forever kakampi/ my photographer a happy happy happy birthday to you Joyce!! I love you. <3

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!!

FRONTSIDE 180

After I met and became friends with this guy who skate, he showed me a lot of videos about skating. I said I don't like skate boarding, all I want is ice skating. I know I'm "pa-girl" forever, but deep inside I really got curious and interested about it. How they can slide, flip, and fly from a high surface to the floor. They're amazing! I never tried this because I am scared, it  looks dangerous, I don't want to risk my life, my bones, or damaged my skin then have some scars or keloid after just to show people I'm cool. No! I even put some SUPREME skate board on my August Mood Board.
Until I saw this photos from another blog. Maybe this was from an editorial for a magazine. Stylish girl who can skate? Who doesn't love that? Look how she glide and her skirt flows. So beautiful!! I don't want to be an ice skater now, I wan't to be like her right at this moment. Don't worry, I won't do exhibitions. What's important is to learn the basics and won't fall while moving.

Since we're talking about skating and anything already, maybe you or your friend or you know anyone who can be interested about this one.

The 3rd Pacific Kaos, Downhill Rush Skateboard Championship will be held in our province Camarines Norte. From Mercedes, Basud, and my hometown Daet. On August 30 to September 2, 2012. For more information, you can visit their facebook site here.

PUMP GAS DASHING

Before I start, I am wishing a happy Eid al-Fitr to all my muslim friends and readers out there. It's a long weekend here in Philippines so everyone grabbed the chance to enjoy it. My sister Donna is enjoying it by going home here in Bicol. Yes, she's here in our hometown Daet. You know how happy I am when we are together! Because I have my "sister" slash "photographer" slash "driver" and most of all my "best friend". I love my sister so much!! She just arrived this morning from an eight hour travel time from Manila. I know she's stressed or tired from the trip but she still managed to company me for this.

We stopped in this Shell gas station to pump some diesel and this is also the opportunity to have a photo on this kind of location. I want to try some other places now, aside from streets and gardens. Like what I have put on my August Mood Board. So gas station is now marked as check!

CASIO + LACE

NEW IN. I'm still here in our small town Daet guys, but is it amazing that I got these two items here?

Lace shorts from KOKAK, they describe their store as "Fashion for the full-figured fashionista". I think the store was really built for me. Kidding! What I meant is, most of the clothes in tiangge are too small. I can't fit on their free size clothes, maybe they measured it from a petite chinese girl from China. Haha! This boutique was new here, so I decided to visit the store and see what's inside. Upon entering the store, I can tell that the products are well chosen and not baduy. From shoes, bags, accessories, etc. :)

Vintage Casio digital watch. I got this watch from here also. Yes, you read it right. I'm looking for this kind of watch for a year now and I can't find any in Manila. So I got really surprised that I will find this here. Actually, I want the gold one, but they don't have it in gold. I don't wanna be "choosy" so I bought it right away.

P.S - I'm planning to wear the shorts for the fun run on Sunday. The cut was like a running shorts so maybe I can wear it. What do you guys think? :))

Jose Panganiban Love

These photos was taken in Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte. That place was very memorable to me. When we were still young, my siblings and cousins always go there and play. We called it "Tabing Dagat", It's a very peaceful and calm water, where you can just sit, chat and watch the sunset. I will surely never forget the memories that I had in this place. True happiness I can say. My whole family from the side of my mother can testify that.

What I wore from this post was the top that I got from PROMOD. Remember the giveaway that I won from Lissa Kahayon? Click HERE if not. This neon top got my attention from the rest of the collection because the color is shocking plus the cut is not normal, the rest are so plain. Thanks Lissa Kahayon and Promod!! :)

Rooster Chic

ROOSTER. That's what I thought of myself when I saw my shots in the laptop. I know I am a woman, so I should be a hen. But no, just for this post please, I'm the rooster in the middle of the farm. Maybe because I compare my maroon jeggings that I got from Greenhills Tiangge to "palong" or cockscomb and my sheer stripes peter pan collar top from Crossings as the feathers.
If you guys are just wondering. I'm back in my beautiful town Daet, Camarines Norte. You can't see any bukid around Metro Manila now a days. And sorry for the sweaty forehead. It's so hot in the Philippines!

TWENTYTWO

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME. Additional one year to my age last month. I turned 22 last April 22, 2012. Sorry for the late post.  We had a problem with our internet connection recently. But I'm very thankful that I'm still breathing and kicking.
We celebrated my birthday at Chef Mama, a restaurant in Daet, Camarines Norte, same place with my 21st birthday, I blogged about it last year. If you wanna see the difference with me from 2011 to 2012 birthday. CLICK HERE. You the one to judge. :)
Here is what I am telling you from my last post SPECIAL. The skirt that I bought from H&M Conscious Collection. The weather that day was torturing. So I just paired the skirt with my so old plain white tank top. I think I need a new one.
It was just a small family gathering. Last year my Kuya Joman wasn't there. This year year we became bigger but no Kuya Jason of (Runway2Reality.com) and Ate Cocoy. Sayang!! The food was great, I swear! With a very reasonable price. You can check their facebook site HERE.

Animal Attraction

A day before Christmas. We have decided to go at Bagasbas Beach and meet my friend Loren. It was gloomy, drizzling, and raining the whole day. It was cold for sure. To keep me warm, I brought this top that I got from my Mama's closet. How cool is this long sleeves, ha? Festive prints, cool tiger at the middle. TREASURE! I want to wear it again on new years eve, but on different way or style of course. Right!! I'll wear it again.

Hope everyone is enjoying their holidays! :)

Love. DIANA <3

My Maundy Thursday

I'm back in Bicol again for the Holy Week. Our university gave us 5 days off to school. Oh yeah, another vacation for me.
Every year, we always spent Thursday of Holy week at my Lolo and Lola's house (father side) in Talisay, Camarines Norte.

1. Penitensya, there was a lot of man who joined the public penance every year. Since I was little.
2. Me, feeling pretty under the sun.
3. Beautiful flowers from my Lola Estela's garden. She really loves plants and flower ever since.
4. Cactus, for me they're amazing.
5. Kwentuhan with Lola and bro, while drinking soda. I told them it should be a tea party. The setting was perfect for it, very relaxing.
6. Haha, I just saw it when I hyper extended my neck. I find it cute, It was like a couple watching the sky. OMG, I'm kinda weird lately!! Am I in love? Tsk tsk

It's my birthday tomorrow. It's Black Friday! I hope everything will be nice. :)

3rd Day: Hometown Tour

On the third day, we just decided to go around Daet, Camarines Norte.
Joyce and I want them to see and experience the place we grew up to.
Our town is just small, so its kinda easy to see the important places like "Unang bantayog ni Rizal, our provincial capitol, etc".

But before we start the sight seeing, we need to load up ourselves with energy drink, 1st day to 2nd day was tiring. And this tour needs a lot of walking.

First stop, our provincial capitol. Haha, I know I look like a tourista too. Feeling lang! You knew me.
 Me, Sandra and Onin
Then to the first ever bantayog ni Rizal
After doing this hippie thing, we brought them to our school CNSC-LHS, then we showed to Sandra the NOVO store. She didn't have any idea what was Novo all about because she grew up in Manila. So we said, it was like Zara, where you can find variety of jeans and basic shirts. LOL! :))

After all the walks and goofing around on some stores. We got tired and hungry, it means eating time. We had our merienda at KSarap. It's one of the favorite restaurant in Daet. The place is cool and refreshing. There are sounds of running water and a lot of plants in the surroundings.
See, the light was very good.
This is Onin's camera. I want a handy cam too!
